The first step in our app rebuild process was to establish personas, figure out which features would make the most impact for them, and create the IA and app flow that we would build against.

Once we had the IA down we started working on hi-fi wireframes. Working with client stakeholders and the development team we created a fully functioning prototype in Invision to user test.

Finally we created a fully functioning Invision prototype to establish the design system for the app, and get final buy in from key client stakeholders. A final deliverable of a Sketch file was handed off to the development team.
